“sesshomaru” marrowind said as she stood there looking at him in the darkness. he looked down at her & into her radiant yellow eyes. sesshomaru had half of the jewel shard he planed to take from kahara in his right hand.

“wat must i do to give u a part of my soul?” sesshomaru asked. marrowind turned around.

“follow me” she said quietly. she began to walk forward.

“jakin, rin, stay here. i’ll be bak.” sesshomaru said as he followed marrowind deeper & deeper into the forest. they did not speak for a while, until marrowind stoped at the edge of the woods before a clearing.

“look ahead” marrowind said pointing out into the clearing. sesshomaru walked over & stood next to marrowind. he looked out into the clearing & saw the biggest and tallest tree there. “its the tree of dead souls. this is where ur tensaga & my jewel shard brought me bak to life.” marrowind walked up to the tree. she stood under its shade & under the leaves. she looked bak at sessshomaru & gave him a look which told him to come next to marrowind. & so he did.

“y have u brought me bak here?” sesshomaru asked. marrowin gazed into his eyes.

“i want u to make the right choice.” she said as she looked up at the full moon

“wat do u mean?”

“think about it. once u have given me a part of ur soul, u can not have it bak.” marrowind said as she looked at him again. “sesshomaru...........if u truely do love me then wud glady give me a part of ur soul. but if u do not then i shud not have asked u to. i know u love me as i u, but i still want u to choose wat u wish to do w/ ur soul.” she came closer to him & gave him a hug. “i want u to decide, not me. i do not wish to tell u wat to do.”

sesshomaru looked down at marrowind & then at the shard in his right hand. ‘marrowind is right. once i have given her a part of my soul i can not get it bak. but i do love her.’ he thought to himself. he looked bak down at marroiwnd, who was still huggin him. ‘then, if i truely do love her, y is this decision so hard to make? wat will i do?’ he thought as he put his arm around marrowind. he was very happy she was alive again.

[bak at where inuyasha was..........night........]

inuyasha was carrying kahara in his arms. kahara’s left arm was wounded. she was too weak. “we’ll have to spend the night here” inuyasha told the others “or atleast until kahara has the strength to walk again”

inuyasha found the 1 last remaining hut in the village & entered. inuyasha saw an empty space on the floor & set kahara down. “kagome, can u help kahara?”

“um, ok.” kagome said. she felt a little jealous that inuyasha was giving kahara all the attention, but she understood that they were friends & that kahara was hurt. “sango can u help me?”

“sure” sango said as she, kilala, & shippou entered the hut w/ kagome where kahara was. “u 2 try & go find somthing to eat” she said to miroku & inuyasha.

“but sango its late. shudnt we be sleeping?” miroku asked.

“yes, i know, but we will need some food for tomorrow. we cant stay here. we have to keep traveling & we have no food. no go!” sango said as she pushed inuyasha * miroku out of the hut.

“wat r we suppose to get n e wayz? there’s no food around here & the entire village has been destroyed!” inuyasha complained to miroku.

“look there!” miroku pointed out some berry bushes near the river. “u can get some fish & i’ll get some berries” he said as he walked over to the river w/ inuyasha.

“wat! y do i have to fish!? y cant u?!” inuyasha said

“b/c ur claws can help u catch the fish. i on the other hands have hands for other matters” miroku said proudly.

“w/e” inuyasha said *sweat drop* as he got into the river.

they came bak to the hut a while later. inuyasha had caught atleast a dozen fish or so & miroku had picked many berries. they entered the hut to see kahara resting on 1 side, kilala & shippou in the bak of the hut sleeping, & kagome & sango used a stack of hay as a pillow.

“figures they wud have fallen asleep” said inuyasha as he & miroku put the fish & berries down in a small corner of the hut. they found an empty space on the floor, layed down, & fell asleep.

[night/dawn/sunrise.............]

kahara had awakened. she had her left arm bandaged again & looked around the room & saw every 1 sleeping. she stood up & looked over at inuyasha. “i am srry to leave u like this inuyasha. but now that i have found u i can not stay w/ u b/c marrowind now seeks to kill me. i do not wish to leave u w/ the same fate. i hope u will be ok.” kahara said softly. she then stepped outside the hut & looked out onto the ruens of the village that was there the night b/4. she left this small dump & walked on.

later that mornin............. “inuyasha wake up!” miroku said to inuyasha as he hit him w/ his staff. inuyasha woke up w/ a bump on his head.

“wat did u do that for?!?!” he looked up at miroku & then stood up.

“look there” miroku said as he pointed to where kahara had been sleepin. “i awoke to find that kahara is missing!”

inuyasha’s eyes grew wide in worry. “damn, where the hell cud she have gone? she’s too weak to walk!” inuyasha bent down to where kahara had been sleepin & sniffed. “im gonna folow her sent” & so he did. he followed her sent out side the small village.

“where’s he goin?” kagome asked miroku.

“he’s gone to look for kahara”

“then we must follow him” sango said “u never know when he might need our help”

they nodded & kagome & sango rode on kilala’s bak while miroku had to run w/ shippou on his shoulder. inuyash was ahead of them.

‘man, i shud have just stayed w/ inuyasha. im gettin really tired.’ kahara thought to herself. she had planned to bak to a village where they knew & liked her. but then, kahara stopped. “wats that?” she said. she turned around & looked into the eyes of a wolf, 3 wolves actually. kahara baked away a few steps, then stopped & turned around again to see 4 more wolves! kahra was walkin on a path at the edge of a small cliff. on 1 side was the drop, on the other was the rest of the cliff not too far up. kahra looked up at the top of the cliff ready to position herself fro jump up, until the faces of 3 more wolves appeared. kahara baked away from them to find her self at the edge of that cliff. the 10 wlves were now in front of her. kahara had no choice. w/ her right hand (since the left was still hurt) she took out the blue chop stick from her hair. it extended into a sword w/ a blue handle. 3 of the wolves jumped at her. she easily cut them all till the 3 layed there on the ground, dead. but then w/out warnin, 1 of the wolves came & bit her right wrist. “no!” she yelled as the blue handled sword fell from her hand & turned bak into a blue chop stick. the wolf let go of her arm. kahara was gettin worried. but then, 4 wolves came after her. 1 bit her on her left arm, 1 bit her on her right shoulder, 1 bit her on her left leg, & the other bit her waits on her right side, & as the wolves hung onto kahara, they all fell off the cliff. kahara was too weak to move, & then........they hit the ground. they furocious dogs let go of kahara as she layed on the ground motionless. the wolves were about to come after her again, but then.......

“iron rever soul stealer!” it was inuyasha! he had come just in time.......or did he. inuyasha turned around & saw kahara layin on the ground w/ the bites & scratches. he bent down on the ground & the ground & looked at her face. she opened her eyes.

“inu- yasha.” she smiled, but hen closed her eyes again.

“kahara wake up!” inuyasha said. “damn. dont worry, i’ll get u some help, but we’re too far away from the village.”

“continue to walk forward from the way u came.” kahara said w/ her last ounce of energy “there u will come across a village. they know me there. take me to them.” then she stopped.

“ok” inuyasha said. he stood up again. then, picked up kahara & put her on his bak. kahara cud feel inuyasha carrying her, so she put her arms around his neck to help him support her. the 3 wolves that were still at the edge of the cliff had ran away wen they herd....

“inuyasha!” it was kagome. inuyasha turned around & saw kagome & the others. they came down the cliff to where inuyasha was standin w/ kahara. “wat happened?”

inuyasha told them that he had found kahara down here & that he killed those wolves & where kahara told him to go. “the thing is, the had that same sent of kouga’s wolves.” he said as he finish tellin them.

“thats strange” sango said.

“well then if kahra said that there was village near by then we might as well go to it. we’ve run out of food & we need somewhere to rest.” miroku said. they all nodded & began to walk ahead. but then inuyasha stoped.

“wats wrong inuyasha?” kagome asked.

“its him. its...........” but b/4 he cud say who its was, a small tornado was at the cligff above them then, it disappeared.

it was kouga! “yo!” he jumped down to them, or he jump down in front of kagome. “good to see ur still alive & well my sweet kagome” kouga said as he took kagome’s hands. inuyasha looked angry, but he cudnt move b/c he still had kahara on his bak.

“um, its nice to see u too kouga” *sweat drop* kagome said a little nervously.

kouga let go of her hands & walked up to inuyasha. he looked really angry at him.

“wat do want now?!” inuyasha said in furry.

“i want to know y u killed part of my hunting pack!” kouga said as he looked at inuyasha, his fists ready to punch inuyasha square in the face.

“if ur talkin about ur wolves then u shud stop makin them try to kill ppl!” inuyasha looked really angry at kouga too. but then he remembered that he still had to get kahara some help. inuyasha turned his bak on kouga & ran off.

“wat the..?!” kouga looked at him “come bak here u mut face!” he looked angry as he watched inuyasha’s bak. but then he saw kahara. he saw all her wounds & her hurt yet still beautifull face. ‘did my wolves do that to her. how cud they hurt such a beautifull creature. so thats y that half breed ran off, to help her.’ kopuga thought to himself as he saw kagome, sango (still on kilala), & miroku (still runnin w/ shippou on his shoulder) pass him & run after inuyahsa.

[they arrive in front of a village in the middle of the day]

“kahara......is this the village u were talkin about?” inuyasha asked kahara. she looked up & nodded “yes” they all slowly entered the village. there were many houses & many ppl there. some of them were lookin & mumblin to others.

a small little girl had walked up to inuyasha “uh? ya wat do u want?” inuyasha said kinda confused as he looked down at the little girl.

“excuse me mister but y is lady kahara on ur bak like that? is she hurt?” she said sweetly as she looked up at inuyasha w/ her big brown eyes filled w/ curiosity. inuyasha looked down at her.

“so u do know kahara.” he said “well then can u help her? shes my friend & she got attacked by wolves, so....”

“ah yes!” the little girl said “come w/ me, i will take u to our village leader, lady kakou!” she took inuyasha’s hand & led him & the others through the village. then, the stopped at a shrine that was bigger than the houses. “lady kakou! lady kakou!” the little girl called out as she let go of inuyasha’s hand & went inside. “lady kahara has returned!” the little girl walked bak out w/ a woman w/ black hair tied back (kikyou style).

“where is lady kahara?” she said as she looked at inuyasha & the others.

“put me down inuyasha.” kahara wispered in his ear. & so he did. kahara stood up next to inuyasha. “ah! lady kahara!” the woman named kakou came up to kahara. “we must help u w/ ur wounds. but for now u must really rest. we shall be of good service to ur friends” she smiled sweetly, then looked down at the little girl who brought inuyasha to her. “pleez help lady kahara to walk over to the tendo house. there she will be cured” & so the little girl did wat she was instructed to & took kahara’s hand & walked her over to a near by hut.

“thank u for helpin kahara” inuyasha said

“we’re glad to help. & thank u for bringin her here, u’ve come to the right place. now, come into my house & i shall get u some tea. u must be tired from all the walkin.” she said as she led them into her house/ shrine thingy.

“thank u, ur very kind” sango said

“not at all, we’re happy to help. n e friend of kahara is a friend of ours.” kakou said w/ a sweet smile. she had led kagome, inuyasha, sango, miroku, shippo, & kilala into a room w/ a table full of delicious food. “help ur self!” she said. & so they did.

“i have a question” sango asked

“yes?” kakou said

“how is it u & the other ppl who live her know kahara?”

“well, this is some wat her 2nd home. she comes and goes as she pleezes. she has saved our village any times from demons, which is y we r grateful she’s here. she helps out around the village too. which is strange” kakou said

“how so?” miroku asked

“well, i know she is half demon, but its almost as if she has the pure heart of a human. usually, some demons r overcome by their power, especially ones w/ jewels shards inbeded in their skin. wen we first saw kahara we thought she was here to destroy our village, but really, she just needed a place to rest. we trusted her, and so she protected our village. if kahara hadnt had the physical features of a half dog demon, u cudnt even tell she was part demon. shes very kind & carin to others.” kakou said

“seems she still hasnt changed.” inuyasha said, he had been sittin against a wall.

“wat do u mean?” lady kakou asked.

“wen we were younger she wud stck up for me if n e human made fun of my appearance. she was the ones of the ppl who taught me to be strong. she wud protect me, as i wud protect her.” he said. inuyasha got up and walked outside. he had gone to check up on kahara.

[later that night]

“u may all sleep in my house tonight. there r plenty of rooms.” kakou said

“thank u” kagome replied. & so they all fell asleep, kagome, kilala, & sango in 1 room, & miroku, inuyasha, & shippou in another.

[morning]

inuyasha woke up & went outside they village was full of ppl once again. he walked over to the house kahara was suppose to be, but she wasnt there.

“lookin for me?”

inuyasha turned around & saw kahara standin there w/ 3 buckets in each hand & a big smile on her face. inuyasha was happy to see her up & about, & well again.

“well dont just stand there....” she handed him 3 buckets “come & help me fill these up w/ water. every1 else is helpin but u, now come on.” inuyasha took the 3 buckets & followed kahara to a river ouside near the village.

kahra sat down at the edge of the river & put the buckets next to her. “come & sit inuyasha”

“kahara” inuyasha said as he remained standin behind her “y did u run away from us? from me.”

kahara grabbed a bucket & filled it up w/ water & then put it next to her. “to protect u” kahara told inuyasha.”

“wat do u mean?”

“inuyasha, now that marrowind is after me sesshomaru will be too. & w/ both of them comin after me i know they’ll kill me for sure. i just dont want u to have the fate as i.”

“& wats that?! to wait here for sesshomaru & marrowind to find u & then kill u.” inuyasha bent down next to kahara & put his hand on her shoulder “its better if we stay together, that way we can both fight them off. kahara, u can never just know wen & how u r going to die. u must fight for ur life, other wise u will die. i learned that from u” inuyasha looked at her w/ a smile. kahara looked at him as well as a tear fell from her eye.

“thank u inuyasha” kahara said “for everything” she smiled bak. inuyasha handed her 3 more buckets as he stood up again behind her. kahara was about to fill the last bucket, but she stoped & set it down next to her b/4 it even touched the water. kahara quickly stood up & walked over to inuyasha & stood behind him. just then, somthin had swished in front of inuyasha & into a bush........“ouch!” they heard somthin say

“wat was that?” inuyasha said as he looked at the bush where the thing stopped.

“i dont know, but thats probabaly wat i heard comin” kahara walked over to the bush & looked around in it.

“u cud hear that?!” inuyasha asked. he was kinda amazed at how sharp kahara’s sence of hearin was

“hey, wats this?” kahara said as she pulled on somthin that was black & kinda soft.

“ouch!” it said again.

“aaaahhh!” *eek!* kahar screamed as she ran behind inuyasha agin. “w/e it was it moved. & i dont think its very happy” she looked at the bush from behind inuyasha & over his shoulder

but then, they saw it. well, the good thing, it wasnt n e thin dngerous & it wasnt somthin, it was som1. the bad thing (for inuyasha) was that it was kouga. kouga had stepped out of the bushes & was rubbin his head. apparently the black thing kahara pulled on was kouga’s hair.

“wat the hell do u want now?” inuyasha said. he crossed his arms & stepped to the side a little so he was coverin kahara so kouga cudnt see her.

“wat the hell did u do that for mut face?” kouga yelled at him as he was still rubbin this head

“i didnt do n e thing stupid!” inuyasha said in fury

“inuyasha,” kahara said as she peered over inuyasha’s shoulder again & saw kouga “um, who’s he?”

“an irritatin flea bitten wolf if u ask me” inuyasha said. kouga stopped rubbin his head & had his fist in the air comin toward inuyasha, but then....

“how dare u called my best friend a mut?!?!?!!!” kahara said as she stood in front of inuyasha, kouga’s fist inches away from her face.

“huh? best.......friend?” kouga said ‘wait, this is that beautiful woman i say ridin on this mut face’s bak. i didnt know she was a half dog demon like him too. but hey, now that i know she is very loyal to ones that she cares about, she wud make an excilent mate! & she’s a strong fighter it seems like’ kouga thought to himself.

“thats right! im kahara, inuyasha’s best friend. now bak u wolf demon!” kahara said. but then she sniffed the sir. “so, ur the leader of those damn wholves that tried to kill me” she looked at him w/ anger

but then, inuyasha put his hand on her shoulder again, to tell her to stand bak “i’ll take care of him” inuyasha told kahara

but then, kouga had gotten kahar’s hands & brought them up. *sweat drop* kahara looked kinda confused. kouga looked into her eyes & said “i have merely come to return this to u” kouga let go of kahara’s hands & took out a blue chop stick.

“omg, its the half of my sword!” kahara said as she took the chop stick from kouga’s hand & put it bak in her hair “thank u. where did u find it?”

“on the path up on the cliff” kouga said “by the way, i am kouga, leader of the wolf demon tribe, & i.............huh?” *sweat drop* kouga looked at kahar who had finished fillin up the last bucket w/ water. she had given 2 buckets to inuyasha & then walked bak up to kouga.

“well, since ur here, do u mind helpin us w/ these buckets?” kahara said sweetly w/ a smile at kouga “pleez”

“uh.........ok......i guess......n e thin for u” kouga said as he took he 2 buckets. kahara went, picked up the last 2 buckets & led the way bak to the village. they entered the village & set the buckets down.

“ok, u helped bring the buckets now leave” inuyasha said. he wanted him to leave so kouga cud leave kahara alone

“b/c u idiot, these ppl dont like demons, & they’ll come & get u wen u least expect it” inuyasha said kinda evilly tryin to scare kouga away

“right, w/e” kouga said. *sweat drop* inuyasha looked at kouga in anger. but b/4 inuyasha cud throw a punch at him, kahara came up to them.

“now u 2 can help me look for some plants that the village needs. come on, thats a big feild, so we better start now” kahara said as she pointed out onto a very large field.

‘this is perfect. i’ll say im helpin kahara find this plant thing. & then, wen that mut face isnt lookin, i’ll take kahara away right from under his nose. & then i’ll take her bak to my den where she’ll be my mate’ kouga thought proudly to himself.

“um, kouga......” kahar said, “r u comin?”

*sweat drop,* “um ya” he said as he followed her out to the feild.

[bak somewhere where kagome, miroku, & sango were.......]

“hey, look there!” sango pointed out to the feilds to kouga & kahara & inuyasha.

“its kouga” kagome said

“but y is he here?” miroku asked

“well he obviously isnt here for kagome” sango told miroku

“huh? wat do u mean?” kagome asked

“if kouga were here after u then im pretty sure he wudnt be w/ inuyasha,.......or kahara” miroku said. sango nodded

“& it seems to me, the way kouga is closer to kahara that he wants to kidnap kahara. u know, the way he kidnapped kagome” sango told miroku again.

“thats right, i wounder how kagome must feel” miroku said.

“u 2 r talkin to 1 another as if im not even here!!!!” kagome yelled in anger

“yup, she must feel angry alright” sango said

“huh? wat do u mean by that?” kagome asked

“i mean the way inuyasha & kouga r giving kahara all the attention & not u” miroku said

“but im not.......” kagome said

“not that we’re sayin that ur jealous or selfish or n e thin, but that wud probably anoy me” sango said as miroku nodded along

‘am i really jealous of kahara?’ kagome thought to herself as she looked at inuyasha in the feilds.

inuyasha wasnt really lookin for the herb, he was lookin at kahara & kouga to make sure kouga didnt try n e thin funny.

“listen, im srry my wolves came after u” kouga told kahara as she sat next to her helpin her look for the herb.

“its ok. im just glad inuyasha came just in time, or else those wolves wud have finished me off for sure.” kahara said

“how do u know that mut......i mean inuyasha n e wayz?” kouga asked kahara.

“we were best friends wen we were childeren, but then inuyasha ran away b/c his mother had died. so i ran after him & then found my self face to face w/ some demon. i killed it, but i still got injured, so then the next thing i know i find myself here in this village. i have searchin for inuyasha for a long time. & wen i began to give up, i wud come bak here, remindin myself that i had to go look for inuyasha. & now that i found him, well.......im just glad to know hes ok.” kahara said.

‘wow. she really is loyal, & she wont give up till she reaches her goal. she wud make a good mate’ kouga thought

kahara giggled. “huh? wats so funny?” kouga asked

“its funny. ur the only person i ever told that story to” kahara said as she smiled at kouga. “hey look, here’s the herb!” kahara said as she picked up a wired lookin green plant. “inuyasha! come over here! i found the plant” & so inuyasha came over to kahara. kouga & kahara stood up from the ground. “now i can go give this herb to lady kakou. i’ll be right bak” & kahara ran off toward the village. kouga saw that kahara cud run just as fast as he.

‘damn! i missed my chance’ kouga thought. ‘but she seems happy here. o well, i know she’ll like it better w/ me’ he smiled proudly

“& wat r u so happy about?” inuyasha asked kouga.

“nothin” kouga said. both of them looked evilly at each other & them looked away.

“AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!”

“WATS THAT?!?!?!”

“ANOTHER DEMON!!!”

“THERE’S 2 OF THEM!!”

“SOME 1 HELP!!!!!”

those were the screams of the villagers. inuyasha & kouga ran up to the village. thats where they saw the dead bodies of men & women on the ground.

“inuyasha! kouga! we have to kill that demon! she’s slayed all the villagers!” kahara said panting as she ran up to them. she was pointin to....................

(next time: now, im not gonna tell which demon its is. but u’ll probably eventually guess. & just so u know, there’s 2 of them. n e wayz, every 1 (kouga, kahara, inuyasha, kagome, sango, & miroku) r gonna have to help kill these 2 demons. but, wen 1 of inuyasha’s attacks fails, it back fires. but wats this, inuyasha didnt come out hurt, but that means som1 else did. find out which demons r comin after the jewel shards & who risks their lives to help inuyasha. wait & see........ next time on inuyasha!!!)

“Marrowind?” inuyasha said, “isn’t that the demon that sesshomaru was w/ last night?” he asked kahara.

“no!! she’s w/ sesshomaru!” kahara’s left arm was wraped in bandages from elbow to wrist so her wounded arm cud heal. half her hair was up in a bun (like u know how we girls sometimes put half our hair up & leave the rest down, thats how kahara’s hair was) that was tightly bound by wat looked like 2 chop sticks, 1 blue & the other white, & the rest of her beautiful blond hair reached down to her waist (like inuyasha. & she had those front bangs & those 2 pieces of hair that r on the side of her face like inuyasha too). she was on her knees & she punched her right fist on the ground. “this is worse than i thought. not only has my sister come bak from the dead, but even worse, she’s w/ sesshomaru.”

“um, i know my brother is evil & all & he wishes to kill me, but y is it so bad marrowind is with sesshomaru?” inuyasha asked kahara in a confused face. kagome, sango, miroku, and the others were looking confused as well as they stood behind inuyasha who was standin beside kahara.

“uh, kagome. who is this marrowind in which inuyasha & kahara speek of?” sango asked.

“well,.......” kagome told sango & miroku wat had happened last night wen marrowind came bak to life.

“inuyasha, if u havent noticed, marrowind is sesshomaru’s girlfriend.” kahara told inuyasha & the others. she stood up from the ground & looked up into the sky directly above her. “they’re coming.”

“mm,” inuyasha nodded his head as he looked directly to the sky above him & sniffed the air. “sesshomaru’s sent is gettin stronger”

“inuyasha! stand bak!” kahara said as she got inuyasha by the arm & pulled him bak w/ the others about 10 ft away from the part they were standin on. then, the sky grew dark. there was a rage of thunder........then lightning shot to the ground where kahara had been standing b/4 she moved. then, up from the sky came a 2 headed dragon lookin thing w/ 2 ppl on board. sesshomaru, who was in front controling the animal, & marrowind sitting right behind him w/ both her legs to 1 side. marrowind had her hair tide bak w/ a red ribbon (like kikyou style).

sesshomaru had also told rin & jakin to go look for a plant to cure marrowind (even though he already did that him self) so he cud leave w/ marrowind alone to look for kahara.

the dragon thing reached the ground. sesshomaru & marrowind got off.

“long time no see baby sister.” marrowind said as she smirked at kahara.

“wat do u want marrowind? how did u come bak to life?” kahara asked as she trembled at the presents of her dead sister, though she had a brave face.

“i have mearly come for ur jewel shard kahara” marrowind said, still smirking.

“o ya. well im not gonna give it to u! so if u want it come & get it.” kahara said in bravery as she stepped forward & positioned herself to fight.

“fine. then i guess i’ll just have to kill u to get the jewel shrad.” marrowind said as her smirk left her face. she pulled bak her right hand across her face & over her left shoulder (like wen sesshomaru is preparin to hit inuyasha w/ his poisonous claws). marrowind was running toward kahara. but wen marrowind slashed her hand to hit kahara w/ her poisonous claws, kahara barely dodged it & got her left shoulder cut. “so i see all u can do is run” marrowind said as she looked at kahara & smirked again.

“kahara! ur too weak to fight! let me get her instead” inuyasha called out to kahara. he was gettin kinda worried

“inuyasha, u always saved me wen we were younger. well this time i can do it on my own. this is b/w me & my sister, so just stay out of it!” kahara yelled to him as she took out the 2 chop sticks that were in her hair that held up her bun. the white chop stick was in her inujured left hand, & the blue chop stick was in her right hand. “extend” she mumbled & the chop sticks extended into swords. the white chop stick became a sword w/ a white handle, & the blue chop stick became a sword w/ a blue handle.

“ha! u think u can kill me w/ ur 2 pathetic samuri swords” marrowind said as see gave an evil stare to her sister.

“no, thats y in using the tetsaku!” kahara said as she brought the 2 swords together & a light appeared as the 2 swords became a mighty sword called the tetsaku. it was a bit smaller than inuyasha’s tetsuiga wen its big.kahara held it in her right hand.

“well well, i see u r depending on ur sword to win u this battle.” marrowind said “its a shame how weak u have just proven urself to be.” she smirked & then, disappeared, but then reappeared behind kahara & knocked her down. “even u shud know i move very quickly.” *smirk* marrowind was holding kahara down as she placed her foot on kahara’s back. kahara’s front was in the dirt. marrowind grabed the tetsaku from kahara’s hand & said “separate”. the sword separated & became 2 chop sticks again. marrowind laughed & through them down. “i really shud just kill u now, but being the good sister that i am, i will let u live & just take ur jewel shard instead.” *smirk* marrowind bent down, her foot still on kahara’s bak, & was about to grab the jewel shard on kahara’s left arm, but then....... inuyasha’s claws cut marrowind’s right arm, the 1 she was gonna use to take the shard. marrowind stood bak, takin her foot off her sister’s bak, & covered the wound in her right arm w/ her left hand.

“i see ur still alive inuyasha” marrowind looked at him in anger. “u always did come to her rescue wen she needed it” she was talkin about kahara.

“ur not gettin the jewel shard!” inuyasha said as he stood in b/w marrowind & kahara, who was on the ground (not moving. aparently, wen marrowind knocked her down, she used her poisonous claws to bring her down. the poison was already in kahara’s blood, & she cud not do a thing about it b/c she was still tryin to heal from last night.)

“i may not be able to get it, but someone else can” *smirk* inuyasha looked a little confused at first, but then he looked at where sesshomaru had been standin (next to the dragon thing) & he wasnt there.

“INUYASHA LOOK OUT!” kagome called to him as he turned & saw sesshomaru’s fist flying at him & he fell to the ground. “inuyasha!” the grouped called out to him.

sesshomaru looked down at kahara & reached down to get the jewel shard. but then,........ something happened. sesshomaru’s hand was pushed out of the way by kahara’s hand. it was strange. sesshomaru looked up & saw kahara standing there. her eyes were a piercing red & there were dark black highlights in her golden blond hair, & her fangs & claws were longs & sharp. kahara had transformed into a full blooded demon.

“died marrowind” kahara said as she looked over o her sister who was looing right ak at her. “i will take ur jewel shard by killing u” *smirk* said kahara

‘no. if kahara takes my jewel shard off me, then i will die & my soul can not return to me & my body will die away.’ marrowind thought to herself. kahara came charging at marrowind. luckily, marrowind dodge. marrowind disappeared again & reappeared on kahara’s left side & cut kahara’s left arm w/ her left hand. marrowind had hit her w/ such force, she ripped through the bandages & hit the jewel shard in the middle & broke it in half. so half he jewel shard flew out of kahara’s arm.

“kahara!” inuyasha called after her as he sat there on the ground. he stood up. “kagome! where’s the other half of that jewel shard?” he asked kagome as he looked around the ground.

“im looking for it!” kagome wa looking around as well, “inuyasha there!” she pointed near sesshomaru. but apparebtly sesshomaru saw where kagome was pointing & he bent over & grabed the jewel shard b/4 inuyasha even had time to move.

meanwhile, kahara grabed marrowind’s necklace that had her jewel shard at the end. “let go!” marrowind said as she stood still, her claws still bearing down on kahara’s left injured arm.

“i wont let go untill u give me bak the other half of the jewel shard” kahara said as she smirked at he older sister whose eyes widened in worry.

“marrowind” sesshomaru said. he ran to kahara & got her right wrist. the poison of his claws entered through & burned kahara’s skin. then kahara quickly let go & fell bak. then, sesshomaru & marrowind walked to the dragon & got on him & flew away.

“kahara!” inuyasha quickly ran over to her. but then, he baked away. kahara was on the ground w/ both arms injured & she was still in her demon form. inuyasha walked over to where marrowind had droped the chop sticks. he picked them up & walked over to kahara. he handed kahara the chop sticks. she looked up at him, her eyes, hair, claws, & fangs were bak to normal. but then, kahara fell bak on her bak b/c of all the injuries. “kahara!” inuyasha said as he picked her up & carried her in his hands & brought her over to the others. “we have to help her.” inuyasha said quietly. they all nodded & walked bak to the village.

[meanwhile, bak at where rin & jakin were waitin for sesshomaru........(night)]

“lord sesshomaru! we were so worried. wat happened?” rin said as she saw sesshomaru get off the dragon thing w/ marrowind standing next to him. rin came up to sesshomaru. “lord sesshomaru, who is she?” rin asked as she pointed to marrowind who was standing behind/next to sesshomaru.

“rin, this is marrowind. she will be staying w/ us.” sesshomru said as he turned to marrowind & took out the jewel shard from his pocket w/ his right hand. “i have gotten the jewel shard. now wat must i do?” he asked marrowind as he showed her half the jewel shard he had retrieved.

(next time: sesshomaru must give part of his soul to marrowind, but is he ready to do this? if he is, he must prepare for a large task that must be done if he wishes to give marrowind part of his soul. mean while, kahara is having a hard time trying to heal b/c we have to move on to another village where we can find food & a place to rest b/c the other village was destroyed. but on our way to another village, we meet an old friend, well kinda. its kouga, & wats this! hes not payin the least bit of attention to kagome, instead, he seems to be falling for kahara, but will inuyasha protect her from kouga? see wat happens next time................byes!)

Kahara and Inuyasha

[night]

"who do u think that demon woman was?" kagome asked Inuyasha as they were heading bak to the village where they had left Miroku and Sango. "& y was sesshomaru so protective of her? i dont think i've ever seen him that way b/4. Inuyasha?"

"who cares who the hell she is. im worried that we didnt get that jewel shard. & any wayz, if we had gotten that jewel shard then she wud have died. well, thats wat i heard her say. & i think i heard sesshomaru call her Marrowind." Inuyasha answered Kagome.

[mean while, where sesshomaru was.............]

they, sesshomaru, marrowind, rin, & jakin, landed in an small clearing deep in the forest.

"jakin, rin, pleez go find me a plant that can cure her injuries" sesshomaru said, even though he said that so he cud be alone w/ marrowind.

"yes my lord" said rin & jakin as rin led the jakin away from sesshomaru, who was still on his knees with marrowind on his lap.   sesshomaru layed marrowind's head on the ground floor, but then put some her black fur that was on her left shoulder under her head to serve as a pillow.

"sesshomaru...." marrowind mubbled. she was very weak & her shekon jewl that was around her neck that contain her soul was dimly lit.    "do not speak marrowind. u need to keep up ur strength so u can stay alive." sesshomaru said as he moved her hair out of her face so he cud she her beautiful face. he then stood up next to marrowind. then, sesshomaru drew his tensiga & he saw those death demons (or w/e they're called). he slatered the both of them, then drew his sword bak in. marrowind slowly opened her eyes & looked up at sesshomaru.

her wounds were gone, but her soul had still yet to return to her. she slowly stood up. "sesshomaru." she was about to walk towrd him wen she tripped over a rock & fell onto sesshomaru's chest. she looked up at sesshomaru w/ her radiant yellow eyes as a tear fell down her check. "thank u." she said softly, then she gave him a hug. he stood there (surprised), then he put his hand behind her head, so she wud look up at him. her eyes were full of tears. but sesshomaru did not care. he simply brought her head (face) closer to his, &................they kissed.............................then, after like 2 min, they're lips parted. "sesshomaru, there is a way for u to revive my soul. but only you can do it. we must get another jewel shard. then you must transfer part of your soul into it so u can give it to me. we will each have a part of each other." marrowind's arms were still around sesshomaru.

sesshomaru placed marrowind's head on his chest & he put his check on her head (so his head was layin on top of hers). he then put his right arm around her as he huged her bak. "but where will we find another jewel shard?" he asked marrowind.

[night. inuyasha & kagome where aprochin the village, wen..............]

"sango be careful!"

"that was miroku!" kagome pointed out to inuyasha. kagome got on inuyasha's bak as inuyasha ran quickly to the village. kagome got off inuyasha's bak as they both looked at miroku, kilala, & sango fightin tigger lookin demons that were as big as them. they looked behind miroku, kilala, & sango & saw a huge demon (like the size of the demon that sesshomaru got the fangs to make tokijin from. that was another incarnation of naraku). "inuyasha! i scence a jewel shard coming from that demon." kagome shouted to inuyasha.

"kagome, inuyasha! u've got to help miroku, sango, & kilala. that big demon is shotin those smaller demons from a hole in his left hand. & we're not sure, but there's somthin else in its right hand. & i saw the spider scar on his bak, he's another incarnation of naraku!" shippou warned inuyasha & kagome as he came runin up to them. inuyasha ran up to the big demon, but he was then stopped by the big demon's left hand. a hole bunch more tiger like demons came out of his left palm. inuyasha used his claws as he ripped through 50 of those smaller demons.

"damn." inuyasha stepped bak a couple steps & took out his tetsuiga as the bigger demon made more demons come out. "i see the wind scar around all those smaller demons." se said to himself. then, he used his tetsuiga & killed all the small demons (even the ones miroku, samgo, & kilala were fightin.).

"thank u inuyasha." samgo said to inuyasha. "now all we have to do is kill the bigger 1"

"i'll blast it w/ tetsugia & the wind scar." inuyasha said as her prepared to swing his sword.

"inuyasha! NO!" kagome came runnin to inuyasha.

"wats wrong kagome?" inuyasha asked her.

"the demon has awoman in his right hand. &, the thing is, im not scensing a jewel shard from him. that woman has the jewel shard, & if u use ur tetsiga, u cud blast her and the jewel shard away." she pointed to the woman in the demon's right hand.

"y is that sent so familiar?" inuyasha thought to himslef. "well then 1 of u can go get her so i can finish off this demon." he said to them

"i'll get her." said miroku. he ran quickly on a large rock that was near by. then he jumped onto the demon's right hand & took the woman out of his grasp & quickly ran bak down.

but then, the demon made more smaller ones. "damn u!" & inuyasha saw the wind scar & destroyed all the small demons, & left the bigger one in pieces. he then walked over to miroku, who had the girl. "so who is she anyway?"

"i dont know. we didnt see her in this village. but look. that demon broke her left arm & has left her very wounded." miroku said.

"um, inuyasha. i dont think u killed the demon." sango said. the demon's pieces were coming together again to created the demon once again. kagome, sango, kilala, & shippou came over to miroku & the woman (so they were all behind inuyasha)

"y the hell didnt u die?!" inuyasha yelled at the demon who was comletely bak toget her. inuyasha ran up to it & swung his tetsuiga at the demon. but he missed. the demon got inuyasha's tetsuiga & throgh it to one side, & then grabbed inuyasha w/ his had & threw him hard on the floor. inuyasha was barely movin.

"INUYASHA!" kagome yelled. the demon laughed & looked down at inuyasha. but then, the woman had awaken. & even though she was badly wounded, she still managed to stand up.

"inuyasha." she said. the woman fell to her knees. she cud not walk.

"wat? how does she know inuyasha?" sango asked. but then, inuyasha awoke. his eyes a bloody red & his fangs just as sharp as his claws. inuyasha had transformed into a demon again. the demon stopped laughing & looked down at inuyasha.

"u think that's funny? wait till u see this" he said in a horid demon voice. inuyasha ripped the demon to shreds w/ his claws. the demon had actually died this time. inuyasha turned around & faced the others. he looked down at the woman who was on her knees & laughed.

"o no! inuyasha is going to kill that woman!" kagome said. but then, as inuyasha came runnin to that woman, she quickly rolled onto the ground & rolled away so inuyasha missed. the girl stood up. she was very weak, but very pretty. she smiled at inuyasha.

"u wish to kill me inuyasha?" she said

"yes" inuyasha answered bak in his demon voice.

"i know u wud not harm me even if u tried." she said. inuyasha charged at her. she dodge inuyasha's claws once again, and again, & again. "i know all ur moves. so there is no point in trying to kill me."

"who r u?" inuyasha asked. his anger was boiling.

"u mean u do not recognize me? u know, that really hurts. but no matter. i know u wud not recognize me wen i am in my human form." the woman had dark brown hair down to her waist. she had a blue kimono (like kikyou's, only the top was blue & the bottom was white). she had a very pretty face & brown eyes.

"i dont care who u r. i will kill u!" inuyasha was about to go at her, but then the sun came up. then, there was wind blowing from underneath the woman. the woman's hair turned into a beautiful golden blond, her eyes turned yellow, & all her woudns were gone (even her broken arm). & then her human hers disapeared, & on her head appeared 2 gloden blond colored dog ears.

"now, that im bak to my normal self u shud recognize me by now." she said to inuyasha. inuyasha was still a demon, but he simply looked confused/surprised at the woman.

"she's a half demon like inuyasha!" shippou said. the woman walked up to inuyasha. then, she slapped him across the face.

"OUCH!" inuyasha had turned bak to normal as he rubbed his check. then he looked at who had slapped him. his eyes widened in surprise. "ka...kahara?"

"its about time u recognized me. i was startin to think u forgot about me." kahara said as she smiled at inuyasha. but every one else was confused & looking at the 2.

"um, inuyasha, do u know this woman?" miroku said as they all walked behind inuyasha.

"yup. every one, this is my best friend kahara." inuyasha said as he smiled at her.

"yup, that's right. inuyasha & i were best friends wen we were younger. by the way, inuyasha, introduce me to ur new friends!" she looked at everyone behind inuyasha. they all seemed to be confused.

"kahara, this is miroku, kagome, sango, shippou, & kilala." inuyasha said as he pointed them out to her.

"nice to meet u all. & inuyasha, i think this," she pulled the tetsuiga out of the ground. "belongs to u. im glad to see u finally got the hang of that sword."

"wow, good looking & good maners. i think im gonna ask her" miroku said to kagome & sango. (u know. the whole will u have my child thing)

[later in the day]

inuyasha was on the river bank talkin to kahara alone. the river was near the village. sango, miroku, kagome, & the others were in the village makin some food to eat.

"i wounder where inuyasha has gone" shippou said

"probably still talkin to that kahara girl." kagome said. she seemed to be a little angry.

"miroku, where r u going?" sango said as she caought miroku headin out the door.

"um, um, no where. just going to look for more fire wood" *sweetdrop* miroku said nervously. & the left to go near the river.

"shippou, kagome, kilala, i'll be right bak." sango said & she fallowed miroku b/c she knew he was going out to spy on inuyasha & kahara.

& sango was right. she saw miroku hiding behind a bush that was behind inuyasha & kahara. "miroku, u r so nosey!" sango wispered to him

"im srry, but i cudnt help it. i have to know wat they're talkin about" miroku said softly as he looked & the 2

"so wat r they talkin about?"shippou said as he, kagome & kilala hid behind the bush w/ the miroku & sango.

"inuyasha. there is something i have to ask u." kahara said.

"wat?" inuyasha asked

"y did u run away?"

"wat do mean run away?"

"wen we were younger u ran away from the village of dog demons. wen i heard u had been missing, i did wat i had to & i came looking for u. & ever since then then i've been lookin for u. but wat i never understood was y u ran away in the first place." kahara said as she looked at inuyasha.

"well,............." inuyasha was about to say wen kahara looked in wide eyes in the direction of the village. "wat's wrong?" he askd

"it cudnt be. i know that sent any where." kahara got up & ran bak to the village, inuyasha runing close behind & the others following them far behind.

"kahara! wat is it?" inuyasha said

"my sister. but it cudnt be, she's been dead for the past 100 years. her sent is getting stronger. she's comin this way." kahara told inuyasha

"kahara, who is ur sister anyway?" inuyasha asked

"marrowind" .........................

(next time: inuyasha & kahara must go face to face w/ sesshomaru & marrowind. marrowind has come for kahara's jewel shard so she can revive her soul. who will win this fierce battle b/w sister vs. sister, & brother vs. brother? till next weekend!.....byes...........)

Marrowind's Shekon Jewel

.......the moon had shown brightly on the dark so it revieled itself. beautiful long golden hair shown in the moonlight, radiant yellow eyes, & a bright/dark shekon jewel around her neck. yes, the figure was Marrowind. she had a red & white kimono & fur on her left shoulder (like sesshomaru, but on the other side). she was very beautiful & yet very evil.

Marrowind gazed into Sesshomaru's eyes & gave a small smile. but then, she fell to her knees. apparently the wound from the arrow that had killed her 100 years ago was still there. sesshomaru quickly came over to her & he too went on his knees as he layed Marrowinds head on his lap b/c he cud tell she was very wounded. (where rin is in this pic is where marrowind is suppose to be.)

"inuyasha, that demon woman has a shekon jewel sahrd around her neck! u have to get it!" kagome warned inuyasha. (kagome was there the whole time w/ inuyasha, while sango, miroku, shippou, & kilala were at a village far away waiting for kagome & inuyasha to rreturn.).

"dont worry, i'll get that shard" inuyasha said. inuyasha ran quickly at the 2 & swung his tetsusiga at them......... but wen inuyasha was about 5 feet away from them, some thing stoped him & puched him & the tetsusiga bak. "wat the hell was that?!"

",y jewel shard." Marrowind answered inuyasha. she had spoken for the 1st time as she lay helplessly on the ground & her haed on sesshomaru's lap. there was a barrier around the small jewel shard that was glowing. there was also a barrier around sesshomaru & marrowind. "my soul lives inside this shard. it is wat is protecting the jewel shard. & my soul, the jewel shard, & sesshomaru's soul has created this barrier to prevent u from getting near us. sesshomaru," she said as she looked up at sesshomaru's relieved/ surprised face. "ur tensiga & this jewel shard has brought by body bak from the dead, & my soul has been transfered into this jewel shard. so as long as this shard remains around my neck, i cannot die."

"i see." sesshomaru said as marrowind handed him bak his tensiga.

"wait, thats it!" inuyasha said to himself. "kagome! try breaking the barrier w/ ur sacred arrow! u have to separate them!" he yelled to kagome.

"ok." she aimed her arrow at marrowind's heart (where her injury already was). the pink energy surrounding the arrow broke through the barrier & it was heading for marrowind & her shekon jewel. but sesshomaru wud not let his love die again. he leaned in front of her so that his chest was coverin her's & his bak was facin the arrow. the arrow struck sesshomaru, well, at least it was tryin to. the arrow's tip was trying to pierce through sesshomaru's skin.

but......"SESSHOMARU!" marrowind yelled as well as rin who was hiding behind the bushes. marrowind placed her arms around sesshomaru & gave hm a hug "i refuse to let u die. i want to be w/ u once again!" sesshomaru lit up pink b/c of marrowind's jewel shard. the arrow melted, & sesshoma'ru's wound was gone & he was bak to normal. but marrowind was not as fortunate as sesshomaru.

marrowind's shekon jewel shard had a very dim glow, which ment that almost all of marrowind's soul was taken away from her. "Marrowind! no!" sesshomaru said as he leaned bak again & looked down at marrowind. "wat have u done?"

"my love for u has taken a part of my soul from the shekon jewel & transfered it to u so u wud not be harmed....by....t-the......a-rrow......." she was too weak to continue. a tear fell from her eye & down her soft/cold cheek.

"damn! it didnt work!" inuyasha said.   but then, something that cud never happen, actually happened! a tear fell from sesshomaru's eye as well. sesshomaru wud do anything to protect marrowind. "the next time we meet i shall kill u & ur little girlfriend." sesshomaru threatened inuyasha. then, a marron ribbon cloud thing appeared around sesshomaru & marrowind. then rin & jakin came out from behind the bushes & ran next to sesshomaru so they were on the cloud to. sesshomaru floated away w/ rin & jakin at his side & marrowind still in his lap.

"we better go bak to the rest of the group. we must warn sango & miroku about this new demon who appears to be sesshomaru's girlfriend. come on inuyasha, lets go." kagome said & they walked away...............

(next time, wen kagome & inuyasha arrive to the village sango, miroku, shippou, & kilala are, they find them fighting a hidious demon who just happens to be another of naraku's demons (like kagura & kanna). but there's some that the giant demon has in its hand that inuyasha recognizes. meanwhile sesshomaru must find a way to bring marrowinds soul bak to her so she can be well again. find out wat'll happen in my next story.......)

 "Marrowind, Sesshomaru's Long Lost Love"

(the middle of the night.....)

Sesshomaru awoke from a dream that has been haunting him for almost half his life. it was the same dream every night.

"y must u haunt my thought & dreams, my love?" sesshomaru said to himself as he wiped the sweat off his forehead. he looked over at Rin & Jakin who were fast asleep. he then got up & walked......

sesshomaru walked to where his dream had taken place. deep in the forest, where there was a clearing, was a tree (probabaly the biggest & tallest 1 there). sesshomaru aproached the tree & placed his hand on it. it felt as cold as stone because this was no ordinary tree. sesshomaru closed his eyes. he remembered the day, 100 yesrs ago, wen he was to meet his love, Marrowind, by this tree. (they wud always see each other up here & just sit next to the tree where they wud share a hug or a kiss or 2 .) wen he arived, Marrowind was already waitin for him by the tree. but wen she turned to look at sesshomaru, a sacred arrow had been shot directly at her heart. sesshomaru remembered all the blood & her screams of agony. sesshomaru opened his eyes & looked at the tree because it was in that very same spot he was standing on (next to the tree) was were Marrowind had died.

"y does this vission of the past continue to haunt my dreams?" sesshomaru thought to himself.

"sesshomaru?" said a small voice.      "marrowind?!" seshomaru said as he turned around to see that it was only rin."oh, its just u, rin. come, we must go bak to bed" & they left....

(the next day in the afternoon [turnin dark].......)

"Lord Sesshomaru! its Inuyasha!" jakin said. sesshomaru had just realized that they were at the same tree he had come to last night. sesshomaru looked at his bro as if he were about to kill him. (which he might, some day).

"listen, i didnt come here to pick a fight w/ u!" inuyasha yelled to his bro. "i just came here to get the jewel shard out of this tree" inuyasha approached the tree at the spot where Marrowind's death had occured.

"u r not to tough this tree!" sesshomaru said as he stood b/w inuyasha & the tree that had the jewel shard.

"move or i'll make u move, damnet!" inyasha threatened sesshomaru.

"i wud like to see u try." sesshomaru said. inuyasha got his tetsiga & was about to cut sesshomaru in half. but wen the sword got close to sesshomaru, he punched it w/ his right arm & inuyasha fell bak. his arm had gotten shocked, but he didnt care. he wud protect this tree no matter wat.

"die sesshomaru!" inuyasha yelled. they continued to fight as they usually do & inuyasha got a hard punch on the check from sesshomaru, & the tetsiga cut sesshomaru on the chest (u know, right above his armor).

"i have no choice" he sadi to himself. he then got his tensiga. but wen inuyasha hit the tensiga, the tensiga left sesshomaru's hand & got stuck in the tree trunk. it was now night fall & u cud see the moon.

the tensiga glowed a dark purple. the jewel shrd that had been inbeded in the tree was right newxt to the tensiga & they were both in the same spot Marrowind had died 100 years ago. the tree trunk the glowed a dark purple as well. some dark purple figure stepped out of the tree, & that something, or some 1 had the jewel shard around their neck & they pulled the tensiga out of the tree...............

(who or wat ia that thing that stepped out of the tree? cud it be a spirit? or is it Marrowind? but it cant't be Marrowind, she been daed for almost 100 years! weel, w/e it is, is it a freind, or foe to inuyasha? & wat does the shekone jewel shard & the tensiga have to do w/ all of the? the answers to these questions will be seen tomarrow at noon at this same site! till then...............................)
